Ingredients
Makes 1 serving.
- 100 ml (3.4 oz)ElixirBurst Aronia Pure juice
- 90 mlDry prosecco
- 30 mlSoda water
- 1 wide stripOrange peel
- As neededIce
Directions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the Aronia juice, then the prosecco.
- Top with soda water and stir once, gently.
- Express the orange peel over the surface and drop it in.
Garnish: Orange peel
Tips & Variations
- Chill the juice first — dilution ruins the color and the bite.
- Swap prosecco for soda water for the mocktail version.
