Ingredients
Makes 1 serving.
- 100 ml (3.4 oz)ElixirBurst Aronia Pure juice
- 30 mlLondon dry gin
- 20 mlSweet vermouth
- 20 mlBitter red aperitivo
- 1 stripOrange peel
Directions
- Stir the gin, vermouth and aperitivo with ice for 20 seconds.
- Add the Aronia juice and stir five seconds more.
- Strain over one large clear cube in a rocks glass.
- Express the orange peel and rest it on the ice.
Garnish: Orange peel
Tips & Variations
- Stir, never shake — you want weight and clarity, not aeration.
- Swap gin for a lightly peated whisky for a boulevardier feel.
