Ingredients
Makes 1 serving.
- 100 ml (3.4 oz)ElixirBurst Aronia Pure juice
- 8 leavesFresh mint
- 15 mlFresh lime juice
- 150 mlSparkling water
Directions
- Gently press the mint with the lime juice in a tall glass.
- Add ice and pour in the Aronia juice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir once.
Garnish: Mint sprig
Tips & Variations
- Press the mint, don't shred it.
- Muddle a few basil leaves alongside the mint for a greener, softer cooler.
